“Long Road Home” is a story of a 200 kilometer, 12-day horseback expedition through the Canadian Rocky Mountains featuring the return of Mountain Métis descendants, whose forefathers were forced out of Canada’s Jasper National Park in 1909.

“The Forgotten Ones” is a modern-day tale that weaves together present day and historic footage. The story shares how the old time mountain men mentor young people who want to learn the skillsets of their grandfathers—the voyageurs of yester-year.

2020 Awards: The Forgotten Ones was nominated for five 2020 Alberta Film and Television Rosie Awards. These include Best Documentary Series, Best Director (non-fiction over 30 minutes), Best Musical Score (non-fiction over 30 minutes),  Best Cinematography and Best Sound (non-fiction over 30 minutes).

13 Pieces of the Sky.

Filming in an environment with little room for error, a historical and adventure filmmaker, Susan Feddema-Leonard, shares her path to success as she captures stunning footage and untold tales from some of the most remote locations of the Canadian Rockies. “Pieces of the Sky” details how Producer and Director Susan Feddema-Leonard managed, against all odds, to produce the 13-part one-hour Canadian Rockies Series.
